All photography sessions include high-resolution digital images with a personal use and print release. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, select, and download your photos. Additional digital images, prints, cards, and more are also available to order through your gallery.


Lifestyle photography sessions are designed for individual families, seniors, couples, maternity photos, and head shots. Please contact me for more information about incorporating multiple families!


FAQ

Do you Travel?

Yes, I am willing to travel. Good to note additional fees apply to sessions outside a 30 mile radius.

Do you offer Newborn?

Yes, absolutely. My style of Newborn is what you would call lifestyle. So in home/ nursery relaxed setting. Currently, I do not offer studio style newborn baskets, wraps etc...

Can I change outfits?

Many of my sessions include room for outfit changes. What if there is no place to change? Don't worry I have got your back. I have a mobile changing room. Pop up tents for the win!

Do you offer Mini Sessions ?

Mini sessions are subject to availability. I will run them a few times a year.

Do you use photoshop?

Yes I do use photoshop / Lightroom standard packaged include lite editing such as smoothing of skin, teeth whitening and acne removal etc

Can I buy Prints/Canvas etc

When you receive your online gallery you will also gain access to store in which you can buy prints, canvas and more :)

Do you guarantee a minimum number of photographs?

No. I could take 50 pictures of a bouqet and tell you I shot enough pictures! Instead, I take photos that I feel tell the story of the day: the scenery, the details, the people.

Can we see or receive unedited raws?

No, I don't share RAW files with my clients. Editing your photographs is half of my art, and I love delivering a finished gallery knowing you're about to see some serious magic. ;)

When do you require payment ?

I require a retainer upfront when booking. The rest is due the day before the session.

What if it Rains?

If it rains, we will reschedule! I understand that things happen, and aim to be VERY flexible with my clients! You will get a text from me the day before your session with some alternate options

Digital Image License


CLIENTS USAGE

Client shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Client’s digital files are for personal use only OR in accordance with an expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer. Digital files shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use without prior consent by Photographer, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer.

Butterfly Moments Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Digital Images via print or other physical media only for non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Commercial-Use Clients shall only use the digital files in accordance with the expressly written licensing agreement negotiated between Client and Photographer prior to use.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Buyer may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images posted on social media may require a direct link or credit towards Butterfly Moments Photography if required by Contract. Buyer shall not copy, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. Buyer also shall not significantly crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs.

Permitted Uses -

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

  • Display on personal websites and computers
  • Making image prints or other physical media for personal use.

Commercial Use

  • Promotion via website and social media as per written contract between Client and Photographer
  • Other promotional content with express written permission from the Photographer

Prohibited Uses

The Client may not:

  • Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer
  • Use the Media in a obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
  • Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks without express written permission from the Photographer

Neither Butterfly Moments Photography nor Butterfly Moments Photography's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.

LICENSE

All images are property of Butterfly Moments Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of them can be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without Butterfly Moments Photography's clear permission to do so. Butterfly Moments Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.
